📝 BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY

PICKLEBALL Paradise CLUB – COMMUNITY CENTER


1. Booking Policy

1.1 Court Reservations

  • Members may reserve court time up to 7 days in advance via phone, app, or at the front desk.
  • Each member is allowed a maximum of 2 time slots per week to ensure fair access.
  • Group sessions or classes must be registered in advance and may require upfront payment.

1.2 Holding Time for Reservations

  • Please arrive on time. If a member does not check in within 10 minutes of the reservation start time, the court may be reassigned to another player unless prepaid.
  • For prepaid bookings, the court will be held for the full reserved time. The club is not responsible for lost time or refunds due to late arrival or absence for any reason.

1.3 Modifications or Cancellations

  • Reservations must be modified or canceled at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Failure to cancel in time may result in a penalty fee or restricted future bookings.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for Paid Classes or Events

  • 100% refund if cancellation is made 48+ hours before the event.
  • ⚠️ 50% refund if cancellation is made 24–48 hours before the event.
  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the event, unless due to a verified medical or emergency reason.

2.2 Events Cancelled or Postponed by the Club

  • If a session, class, or event is cancelled or postponed by the Club, participants will receive a full refund or may reschedule.

2.3 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
